I am experienced in working with a diverse range of people and in a variety of counselling services. I am BACP registered and abide by the BACP ethical framework. I offer one to one counselling sessions in a safe environment that allows you the opportunity to think, reflect and talk confidentially.

I am experienced in supporting clients who are:

  • feeling low/depressed or anxious
  • having difficulties in their relationships
  • needing support to come to terms with painful or traumatic experiences
  • feeling stuck and in need of support to move forward and make changes.

I offer a space and sensitive support for you to express your difficulties at your own pace. I work with what is important for you in the present and endeavour to support you to gain fresh perspective through reflecting on, and understanding, yourself and your present situation and experiences.

I have personally witnessed the transforming power that a deeper awareness of body and mind can have and I am passionate about facilitating others in this journey. I aim to facilitate an increased awareness of your personal resources and tools that you can use to overcome barriers and move forward in a way that is more rewarding to you.

I am trained in both Person Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I integrate these approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. I see clients face to face on a short term and long term basis according to their needs.

To arrange a meeting please email or telephone me and leave a message.  I will then be able to answer any questions you may have and we can together explore what you would like to focus on and how we might work together.
