Kathy Osborne MA ADip RYT500
Kathy is a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor, having worked in the field of wellness and mental health for 14 years. Being trained in Integrative Psychotherapy means she is experienced and knowledgeable in numerous theoretical approaches, giving flexibility to her way of working. Further to this, she is an experienced teacher of Mindfulness and Yoga, specifically for Mental Wellbeing. This knowledge is particularly helpful in her work with affect disorders such as depression and anxiety.
Her experience encompasses many years of working for a national Sexual Health charity, where she works part time, offering one to one psychotherapy and facilitating group therapy sessions. Kathy has also completed extensive research into the psychological issues that surround the experience of being childless. Her findings are integrated into her sensitive and compassionate work with men and women struggling with this experience.
Kathy offers people an opportunity to make sense of current difficulties in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space. She has found that through working with mutual trust and respect, real life changes are possible.
