City Road Therapy – Professional face-to-face & online Therapy in London
About
Us
City Road Therapy was co-founded in 2011 by experienced psychotherapists Ellie Spruell and Rob Finley, both of whom have been practising with clients for over 15 years privately and in public organisations.
The centre was born from a shared belief that clients and therapists alike, deserve a safe, professional and inspiring hub from which to have therapy; be it online using Skype / Zoom or from our comfortable rooms in Islington, London.
Our practitioners, like our clients are from all walks of life and like us, they value individuality, diversity, compassion and integrity. We strive to reflect the diversity of our city in our team, so that clients have a good range of people to choose from. All our therapists have completed rigorous trainings and are committed to working with you with professionalism and integrity.

Making you feel safe is our priority
We want clients and therapists to feel safe and comfortable when meeting for in-person sessions at City Road Therapy.
As well as increased signage and hand sanitiser points, we ask all our therapists to ventilate the rooms between sessions. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, therapists wipe down the spaces after client sessions.
Mask wearing is no longer a legal requirement so we will leave the decision on whether or not to wear one, a personal choice.
