Beginning therapy is a big step towards improving your mental health. Therapy can help you change self-destructive habits, resolve painful feelings, build self-esteem, improve your relationships and more.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist, offering individual therapy to adults and teenagers. I combine CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic models to tailor therapy to the individual needs of each client. I offer both long and short-term therapy and I’m experienced with online and telephone therapy. Currently I offer online and telephone sessions only.
Integrative psychotherapy with Andreas
I provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can feel free to talk about your concerns without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore and process difficult thoughts and feelings to help you make more sense of your current problems. With greater self-awareness, you will have the opportunity to change how you respond to these difficulties and build better ways of coping.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I receive monthly clinical supervision and I attend regular training and professional development courses to broaden my therapeutic skills.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in management and teaching. These experiences have allowed me to understand how hard it can be to struggle with personal issues while working in demanding and competitive environments.
