Psychodynamic psychotherapy with Angela
Therapy provides a space for the exploration of thoughts and feelings in a safe, private and non-judgmental environment.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy can help you make lasting changes to your relationships and emotional well-being. It helps achieve greater awareness and insight of every day difficult issues, and can lead you to understand why you feel the way you do, or why relationships have taken a particular form.
Greater self-awareness enables healthier ways of being and relating. It can also help with sudden challenges in life such as loss or bereavement. By getting to know and accept our real selves we have a better chance of having more realistic and satisfying relationships with others.
