City Road Therapy – Professional face-to-face & online Therapy in London

Ana Erra

I am a bilingual drama and movement therapist, chartered clinical psychologist specialising in
psychotherapy and clinical supervisor. I have many years of experience working in various
settings and with people from different backgrounds and ages. I currently work with adults and
specialise in working with the international community. Living in different cities and countries has
given me a personal understanding of what it means to learn, adapt and live between cultures
and languages.

Psychotherapy with Ana

In my sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore issues through
talking and a more imaginative and symbolic approach using creative mediums. Each journey of
exploration is unique.

I offer a creative and embodied approach to psychotherapy, drawing on the psychoanalytic,
Jungian, relational and creative arts therapy approaches. Recognising the mind-body connection,
my work is also informed by somatic psychology and the practice and study of mindfulness,
meditation, breathwork and authentic movement.

I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is the core of psychotherapeutic
work in which we co-create a sense of meaning and where transformation can occur. I will work
with you to bring unconscious patterns into awareness, fostering self-reflection, insight, change
and growth.
