City Road Therapy – Professional face-to-face & online Therapy in London

Bankole Jaiyeoba

I am a first-generation Londoner born and raised. I understand the pressures of living in a big fast paced city, and how lonely and isolating it can feel. We all face difficulties at some point in our lives, be it in work, in relationships, or after suffering a loss. I can support you through whatever challenges you face, helping you gain the tools to live in a calmer, more satisfying way.

Integrative therapy with Bankole

I believe it is important to be acknowledged and understood, so, at your pace, I can help you be more self-aware, to understand the feelings that play a big part in who you are and how you behave. I am warm, down to earth, professional, supportive, curious and gently challenging! I won’t just sit there and listen without engaging with you.

I offer short or long-term therapy depending on your needs and wishes. I am a fully insured and supervised member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and as such work within their Ethical Framework. I create a safe, consistent, confidential space where you can express your thoughts and feelings and speak about your current and past challenges, helping you gain greater self-awareness. This can help make changes in your life, act differently in relationships and better understand patterns of behaviour.

My background is quite broad, predominately in a sales and target driven environment, but more recently in the charity sector offering me a wide range of personalities and cultures to learn from.
