I am a child, adolescent and family psychotherapist working in the charity sector and in private practice. Warmth, trust, curiosity and creativity are at the heart of my approach to supporting young people. I am passionate that every young person should have the chance to fulfil their potential and make the most of their lives. I offer individual psychotherapy to young people aged 11-25 and consultations with family members or carers.
Child, adolescent and family therapy with Barnaby
Adolescence can be a challenging and overwhelming period in our lives. During times of particular stress or change, it can be helpful for you as a young person to begin therapy to talk about what’s on your mind, regain some clarity of thought and confidence to move forward.
Establishing a safe, trusting relationship where you feel listened to and understood is at the core of my practice. We would work collaboratively to reflect on patterns in thinking, behaviour and relationships that might be causing you difficulty, and allow space to explore who you are and what is important to you.
