Transpersonal integrative therapy with Carolina
I offer a warm and empathetic environment where each client is seen as an individual with unique needs. As a transpersonal integrative psychotherapist, I draw from various modalities and traditions to create a bespoke therapy to suit you. Together we will build a relationship of trust and safety in which you can explore your emotions, develop insight and awareness to promote healing.
My psychotherapeutic approach places you and your individual needs at the centre of the work. Working in a transpersonal integrative way allows us to work from a holistic and creative perspective to best support you. Along with talking, I can also work with several other complementary practises, such as breathwork, guided visualizations, dreamwork, art and other forms of creative expression. I have experience working with grief, anxiety, life transition, depression, trauma, abuse, pregnancy, and fertility amongst others existential and psychological issues.
Qualifications
Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE)
I am accredited by UKCP and am a member of BACP and abide by their Code of Ethics and Code of Practice.
