I help women of all ages and backgrounds through life’s challenges to enhance their emotional and spiritual wellbeing with a focus on anxiety and women’s issues. Person-centred therapy is at the heart of how I work. I specialise in you. I meet you where you are; collaboratively exploring your needs and goals so we can create a space that is most helpful for you.
Person-centred therapy with Caroline
Counselling is self-care. It is a good way to safely explore your emotions, free of judgement; helping create a more authentic you that feels calmer, more harmonious and better able to cope with even the most difficult times.
I trust in the power of creating a therapeutic relationship with you that supports healing and growth and that by working together, can make the changes you need to shine your brightest.
Whatever you’re going through, I’m here for you. I want to help you make sense of what’s going on for you in your world, no matter how complicated or messy or how it may feel. And it’s important to know that counselling can be helpful for everybody – not just those referred by their GP or experiencing severe mental distress. Working together puts you in control of what you want to explore, when and for how long.
Sometimes issues that are shared in session can feel painful yet by being with you on your emotional journey, can also offer an opportunity for greater self-awareness, reflection and potential, positive change. Considering counselling is a brave step towards helping yourself and committing to counselling takes courage.
You’re welcome to book a free 15 minute chat with me via my website to check we’re a good fit and ask any questions you may have. Simply choose a time & day to suit your schedule.
I’m here for you when you’re ready.
