I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist who offers a warm and non-judgmental space for clients. This space is for you to explore your inner struggles, unknown parts of you, anxieties and a space for you to explore yourself from a different perspective.

I offer one to one, long term therapy which is a deep and meaningful journey. To be able to understand and digest the traumas together will allow you to know yourself better.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy with Eda

The psychodynamic approach and the way I work is focused on the unconscious and conscious parts of the mind and it is a form of talking therapy which aims to explore any issues in the past or present that impact on your internal world and your daily life. I do believe the past difficulties which stayed hidden or buried find a way to disturb you in your present life.

Sessions will be focused on anything you want to bring along to discuss and we will be thinking, exploring together. For that, it is essential for you to feel safe with me. Therefore, I first offer an initial consultation where we can meet and understand your needs from therapy more in depth and to see if we are happy to work together. If we agree on working, then we will meet at the same time each week for 50 minutes each session. That will be your time and space which will be both confidential and non judgmental.

This journey aims to heal thorough self awareness. I welcome anyone struggling with overwhelming feelings or a sense of feeling stuck or lost in their emotional world.

 

Qualifications

I trained at Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and I am registered with BACP and abide by their ethical code.  I am also applying to be a member of the British Psychoanalytical Council.

Rates

Initial consultation take 60 minutes and are a fixed fee of £70

Ongoing session fees will be discussed at the initial consultation, however my rates start at £50.
