City Road Therapy – Professional face-to-face & online Therapy in London

Jo Edge

I am a BACP registered integrative psychotherapist and counsellor.  For you as a client, this means that I have the benefit of being able to draw on different perspectives and methodologies in order to work with you and the difficulties you may be bringing in an appropriate way.  I am currently only available for online sessions.

Integrative psychotherapy and counselling with Jo

I aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental setting in which we can focus on establishing a sense of trust and begin to work through your difficult thoughts and feelings to gain greater insight and understanding.  It is hoped that with such insights and a deeper exploration of self and the relationship you have with the world around you that you can begin to resolve some of what has been troubling you and live with a greater sense of wellbeing, choice, flexibility and meaning.

I usually work ‘open ended’, which means you have your agreed session time available for as long as you need it. This can translate into working in the shorter, medium or longer term and we will work together to consider what might be right for you. I work face to face with clients and also remotely over video call, so depending on your life and commitments this can help us to maintain regular contact.

  • Foundation course certificate in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling, The Minster Centre
