City Road Therapy – Professional face-to-face & online Therapy in London

Kellie Higgins

I am a qualified BACP registered therapist and I work with adults. I will provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore issues that may be concerning you, including those that are below as well as above the surface.

We will think together to explore a way forward for you, at a pace you feel comfortable with.

I offer short-term and long-term therapy which may be open ended, which we can review together.

I work on Thursday afternoons and evenings at City Road Therapy.

Integrative therapy with Kellie

I work with a wide range of people facing diverse issues and circumstances. This might include sudden and unexpected difficulty and loss, and it may include longer term struggles. I support people to address both their immediate difficulties and also patterns of behaviour which they hope to change.

I have worked across a variety of mental health services and have experience of working with people with complex mental health difficulties as well as those with moderate and mild presentations.

I’m a naturalised immigrant, originally from New Zealand and have worked across a wide range of organisations in the private and third sectors in UK and abroad. My lived experiences have informed my therapeutic practice.

My practice is integrative with a humanistic base, threading concepts from person centred and psychodynamic theories.
