City Road Therapy – Professional face-to-face & online Therapy in London

Nardine Khalil

I provide creative therapy to individuals from children to adults. I help you navigate your difficulties, explore your identity and tell your story using elements of dramatherapy and psychodynamic approaches. I support you with your emotional difficulties, identity and cultural issues, bereavement and postnatal depression among others. I offer sessions in English and Arabic.

Creative therapy with Nardine

In my practice I support you as you navigate between your physical, cognitive and emotional experience of yourself. I strive to create a safe space for you to explore your inner world creatively, and without judgement. I integrate an arts therapy approach, alongside an attachment based psychotherapy, which means I am able to adapt to your specific needs in therapy and style of expression.

I have experience working with identity issues & cross-cultural difficulties, stress, grief & loss, religious trauma & emotional abuse both with adults and children. I conduct sessions in both English and Arabic. And I am available in person and online. You do not have to be interested in drama or acting to attend these sessions.
