The idea of therapy sounds daunting doesn’t it, but if you’re at the stage where you need space to explore painful feelings, it could help you to come to terms with or make sense of things and accepting or making the changes that are right for you. I won’t tell you which way to turn but I will offer you the right therapeutic relationship which feels safe to explore yourself and your world of feelings. I will work alongside you every step of the way.
I am an LGBTQ+ humanistic therapist, registered and accredited with the BACP and a Pink Therapy GSRD accredited therapist also. I work mainly but not exclusively within the LGBTQ+/ gender sexuality, relationship diversity (GSRD) and queer community and as a member of this community I know how important it is to provide a safe and accepting therapeutic space to all my clients. I can work alongside you in-person or online I have previous experience of working with clients at two large NHS healthcare trusts, with young people in educational settings and with LGBTQ+ charities like London Friend.
