I have been working for several years with clients from different backgrounds and cultures. I truly respect clients’ values and ways of thinking. I believe that to achieve good outcomes from counselling or therapy, both the client and therapist need to be committed to working together.
I have great respect and dedication for the process of helping people to move forward and to make positive changes to their lives. I am a BACP registered integrative psychotherapist. I work with adult clients on short or long term basis.
Integrative therapy with Yuliana
Psychotherapy can assist individuals to cope and deal with unresolved or ongoing issues, in a safe and non-judgmental space. It also provides an opportunity for individuals to gain insight into their problems. Through the process, individuals can work towards leading healthier, more productive and fulfilling lives.
I use techniques from different approaches in my practice as I believe that every person has their own unique needs.
