I am a UKCP accredited mindfulness-based psychotherapist, with an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy. I have diverse experience of providing therapy in the private and voluntary sectors, including working for a NHS service and within the charity sector. I currently work with individuals and couples in private practice, offering long and short-term psychotherapy.
My therapeutic approach is informed by mindfulness, aiming to bring the client to the present moment and explore how the experience of “now” may be conditioned by early experience in life. It is an embodied approach that empowers client’s own inner wisdom, enabling them to better address challenges in their lives.
Core process psychotherapy with Pinar
Core process psychotherapy is a mindfulness-based psychotherapy that works with awareness and presence.
Through felt-sense we get in touch with subtle layers of our experience. As we become more aware of our embodied experience, we can work with the emotional and cognitive patterning we fully experience ourselves, and become more able to deal with blockages and difficulties in our lives.
