Integrative psychotherapy with Suzy
Living with an addiction can be very stressful as battling with strong and uncontrollable desires can feel relentless. Many people are left feeling anxious, stressed, angry, fearful, depressed, empty and lacking in confidence.
Psychotherapeutic intervention can support your recovery from addiction, as well as anxiety and depression, by helping you to understand the underlying issues and developing your strengths. I work closely and in collaboration with my clients to create bespoke treatment plans which address their individual needs.
